Based in Seattle, Ingrid Rowe is a textile artist exploring pattern, color, quilting and needlepoint. Her practice is rooted in respect for vintage materials and natural fibers, which she incorporates whenever possible to lend each piece a sense of history. Influenced by the aesthetics of the 1970’s and 80’s, she integrates bold graphics and subtle textures into decorative wall hangings, hand-stitched pictures, and accessories.
