Contour Scarf

This beautiful Furoshiki by Link Collective is a collaboration with London-based artist and designer Jonathan Lawes. “The design plays around with layering techniques, coming directly from my screen-printed experiments,” the artist explains. “Utilizing a softer, more uplifting color palette, the design focuses on the balance of composition within the square format.” The Contour Scarf, or Furoshiki, is made with pristine craftsmanship in Japan. 

Furoshiki are the original multi-use textile. The Japanese have been using them to wrap things since the 17th century but today they’re worn as chic scarves, carried as lightweight bags and displayed as works of art.
