To accompany Beau Dick: Insatiable Beings we’ve got a newly reprinted catalogue stocked in the store. ‘Devoured by Consumerism’ was the last exhibition conceived by the late Beau Dick; in this electric art book you’ll find gorgeously documented works inspired by the Kwakwaka’wakw Winter Ceremonies, exploring the ravenous pressures of capitalism that inspired so much of Dick’s work. Stunning documentation of the rituals and subsequent artworks run alongside thoughtful analysis by Lateisha Fazakas, John Cussans and Candice Hopkins.
